i got a virus or whatever it is but it slows my computer down like 10 times and blocks all my anti-virus software i tried to run HijackThis and Malwarebyte and Combofix but whenever i clicked on it, it just stayed there. i tried my Bitdefender which i already had in my Pc and it did run. I scanned my whole computer for like 2 hours but it couldn't find anything i don't know what to do please help me some way to get at least Combofix or other anti-virus softwares working thank you very much
thanks for ur advices. But i wish i could do that now whenever i log in. it just freezes there i cann't run anything. I have to use my friend's comp to send this message please help me
hmmm...looks like your in deep **** try running your computer in safe mode and fix it, if that dosn't work then the only thing i can suggest is to rip out your hard drive, buy a cable and plug it into another computer. Take all your important files, NO SYSTEM FILES, just personal stuff like word documents or picture and save that somewhere, either on that computer or an external hard drive. Then replace your hard drive and reinstall windows. After that, transfer your files.
