What new channels are you looking for. Turn POWER-SEARCH mode on in menu & put box in standby
overnight to find channels. Check in Prov box menu for correct Prov & NET-ID to use when you
do automatic scan. Using wrong NET-ID will result in scan not finding all channels

It's best to have latest firmware on the box. I assume channels are still there on the list
but are showing message scrambled or no signal. Make sure Prov TV cable is connected to box.
Try turning off router & box Then turn on router & box to solve problem If no channels are listed on box(0000 in display) you need to do an automatic scan to find channels. Make sure to use correct NET-ID for scan

Are you selecting correct provider & are you getting list of areas to choose from. If so
select your area to scan. If area list is not showing you selected wrong provider or your
Prov TV cable is disconnected somewhere

Do a factory default and do a new scan on your box

    menu .... installation ...... 0000 ..... factory default.

no or bad signal is your cable unpluged or cut off

Signal needs to be 75+. Check all cables & connections are OK & splitter is connected properly
From splitter you have Prov TV cable connected to box. Check it's in right connection.
If you have Prov box are channels working. Check Prov box for Prov name & NET_ID.
Remove LAN-cable from box before scan. Don't forget to reconnect LAN when channels are found.
Select Provider, scan type-NETWORK, hit GREEN to start scan. Whenlist of areas shows select
your area NET-ID. If you don't find channels start again & select diff ID near to your area
If you have no luck try diff provider & repeat scan procedure
If you still have problem post back exact details

The providers box will work on a sh** signal regardless but the Kryptview wont you wont get a proper scan with that signal you need at least 75% on both signal and quality

You have a problem with Prov TV cable. Signal is too low. You need to resolve this problem or
you will get nowhere. Cable may be damaged or disconnected somewhere. Trace cable back to source to fix problem

I suggest you get a min sub from your provider that way your cable feed will be correct you are wasting your time with that signal as it will never work manually or automatically.

Does anybody have this problem some of my channels are saying scrambled or no video although the signal strength seems fine. For example no comedy channel but comedy plus 1 is working seems weird as most of them are working. The ones that aren't are there and telling whats on but no picture.Any help would be much appreciated.

It's the right one for glasgow should I try a different one and re scan it's only 3 or 4 channels in the whole box but e 4 is one of them which i think from reading this thread seems strange as i have telly package.
