hello everybody, i have just backed up my retail copy of mass effect 2 and got some strange results in abgx. Disc 1 gives me the "video partition does not match known data" but the online database verification clears so i assume that is just abgx unable to detect the wave 6 game. My trouble is from disc 2. this is the log ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

    Verification failed

Aborting AutoFix because writing is disabled
AutoFix Failed, Stealth is still uncertain

Cannot check SplitVid due to invalid or uncertain PFI/Video

Press any key to exit . . .

Now i noticed that it was not a recognized SS/Xex combo so i visited the verified database and it is indeed the SS crc that does not match with any listed on the abgx360 website but the Xex crc matches. I was just wondering if this is simply due to the recent release of the game or is this actually a problem that would make disc 2 unsafe to use. Again this was ripped by me from a retail copy of the game.

As always, thank you for taking the time!

Honestly nothing is safe anymore. Its just a matter if you are willing to risk it or not. You prolly should have 2 boxes, one for live and one for off-line. Best easiest way. :)

How did you rip it? Kreon drive or Benq 800 firmware drive?

Then I would say as long as you are using LT then you are as safe as you can be right now. I rip my own with 800 firmware and I dont check it on ABGX because sometimes it changes the SS to V1. They are working on making a new ABGX so in the future it will be better but for now just go with your rips.

    I still get:

Video partition does not match known data (could be corrupt or a new wave not
    seen before)

    Stealth status is uncertain

When running abgx for mass effect 2...I tried adding files to the stealth folder, but no change.

Everything else passes, does this make a difference? How do I change the "known data"?

    Thanks

I think the current abgx only recognizes wave 4 & below so any wave 5 & 6 will say that.
