(when i meant patch/crack i meant this: i heard if programs dont work for vista u can download patches / cracks 2 make it work. i was not talkigna bout stealing a cd-key/the program i paid for this encoder well my dad did i use 2 use it for xp but know i get vista and it dosen't work with it. so let me refrase this so u dont be a dumb shit is there any program/file u can download 2 make it work for vista.) Hi i am useing dvd rebuilder pro newest version but Cinema Craft Encoder SP 2.70.02.12 dosen't work with vista dose any one know a good crack/patch that would make it so it would work with vista. not askign about anything a legal.(just asking if anyone know how 2 make Cinema Craft Encoder SP 2.70.02.12 2 work with vista. pluse can some one recomend me a good encoder to plug into dvd rebuilder.( becuse i can't get cce sp newst version 2 work.
This would probably get you alot of help... Patches and cracks are typical hacker language and when you speak of them on a forum such as this they are assumed to be asking for help getting a pay program (such as DVD-RB & CCE SP) for free. To get this program to work in Vista I would try XP compatability mode.
i'll let creaky deal with this as is a continuation of this thread. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/567864
if you have legally bought cce sp, call customer support or email them about it...and see if they have an update for vista. There's also CCE SP2 which is alot newer and might work with vista...but i have no idea about anything other than cce basic since thats the version i got...i'm sure this will be closed or deleted anyway. But i doubt there is an update or whatever for your version of cce since its discontinued.
putting aside the attitude problem and immaturity you kindly posted there.....(i'll deal with that later). As per Loco, i/we know what cracks and patches are (legal ones and otherwise), and we know how to differentiate between the way youngsters use said terminology/and what's really meant/not meant. That said, the thing i find hard to understand is why you're asking this question here on these forums, when you should really be asking it here - http://www.cinemacraft.com/eng/support.html ..as surely they're the people who know how to make their product to work with Vista (assuming it doesn't - i don't know as i don't/won't use Vista). ..and back to the other reason i closed the other thread, the only references on google i can find (other than the legitimate one i posted above) are many links to warez sites for the version you mention. So... is there a reason you can't fill out the tech support form on Cinemacraft's website ??.. edit- i see mord is on my wavelength there (as are ddp and Loco btw)
yea sorry for what i said i got pritty pissed off becuse in the first post i said .(just asking if anyone know how 2 make Cinema Craft Encoder SP 2.70.02.12 2 work with vista. now on another note i didn't even check there support but i will now becuse ussaly when i check supports they never rilly give me a clear answer. and some times they say it dosen't work and they have no answers then i search forums and peaple will make... i want 2 say patch but not necisarly some kinda program/addon/adapter that will make it work. but ill check there site and dose sp2 work with dvd rebuild becuse in the path it dosen't say sp2. because my uncle uses it for a different program and he might let me use his copy.
Why would you even respond to such a inquiry? The people who you kindly referred to as 'dumb shit' were trying to help you out to the best of their ability. The members here are very kind and willing to help you with any problem. Sadly, it's very hard and time consuming to decypher the nonsense of your poor--extremely poor--grammar skills. Users, like yourself, ruin the whole feeling of community. Next time, you might want to rephrase your question and/or help us understand. http://www.amazon.com/Best-Grammar-Books/lm/1HXZFH2P6RS24
Cinema Craft Encoder SP dosen't work with vista so now i am using ProCoder 3 is it good? Or should I use something else? PS: Dose Cinema Craft Encoder SP2 work with DVD Rebuilder Pro? If it dose should I use it?
If you get the paths set correctly in DVD-RB all the encoders should work. There are also free ones that do a good job too...alot like Hanks encoder.
I've got both CCE SP and SP2. I've not seen a noticable difference when using them with RB. To use SP2 set the path where you currently have SP. I don't know how SP2 works with Vista because I'm not using it yet. I hear a lot of programs that work in XP also work in Vista when the XP compatibility mode is used. blair99 ProCoder is good. If it works for you, no problem. I'm curious, what do your dad and uncle do for a living? That's an interesting software collection.
my dad owns a couple of busneses, my uncle im not even shur i think he starts little oil companies and then when it starts to show a little profit the big companies buy him out. My mom just works for safework.
i really want to buy is that new CINEMA CRAFT® HD encoder - Version 1.03 or CINEMA CRAFT® Xtream - Version 1.06 but too *bleep* expencive. i dont know who would buy that exept for dvd companies. also dont even think it would be able to run on my comp. wounder if the price will ever go down
blair99 Then the software isn't specific to anyone's job. I thought they might be in the movie industry. Doesn't matter, I have a lot not specific to mine. Are you using the improved version of SP without the dongle or the old one with? It sometimes makes a difference. Cinema Craft doesn't drop prices very often. SP2 which is the replacement for SP is selling about the same price, $1950 USD. SP is no longer available through the CCE vendors I checked.
