? about Ps3 and HD advance Ps3

hey i have a ps2 hd advance 3.0 and of course ill be getting a PS3 friday morning (i hope) question is do you think the 3.0 would work on the ps3...if not do you think they will put out a ps3 hd advance.

Well for hdavance 3.0 it cant because it reads dvd not blu-ray. Bu they could invent a different hd advance maybe and that could work.

 

Trust me when Sony found out about the HD Loader they was not happy about it.So rest to sure they fixed this issue from the last console.

 

No offence or anything but that dosent mean they fixed the problem they could have which makes sense because in the ps2 you could ad that hard drive in the back so.... But I am sure they would think of a way....

Well I have a extra 300 gb hd in my ps2 But I am hoping so too like a lot but it would be a lot harder since the ps3 disc are made from blu-ray....

Well it would be very different from hd advance 3.0 because of the ps3 having a different harddrive,shape,blu-ray disc etc...

 

i know it doesnt work with PS3 games but will hd loader or advance let you put PS2 games on the PS3 hard drive

i think hes asking if you can run this ( program?) to have ps2 games run , oviously i would say no cuz it would fail to run on the check flag , simir to a modded xbox you can use dvd2xbox 2 burn it in but unless that game was properly patched on the .xbe it would fail to run regardless of being on the hard drive or not .

what i can say is and i just thought of it too , theirs is ALOT of hackers/modders ateempting to mod it but most if not all are bein silent but i mean if 1 guy already reported to made 2 iso ( madden 7gb and resitense fall of man 17 gb) in less then 1 week then imagen the progress of the rest of ppl and on march update?

i mean it took x360 a 4 months work to discover someting... just give it some thought well im out

Hi i think there will be a way i thin we will be able to use external hardrives this time and i think it will be effrective because the ps3 has usb 2.0 which is obvioulsly alot quicker than the ps2's usb 1.0 thats why it didnt work very well with usb extreme. what do u think will happen?
