We need more information, version xbox, version bios, what files did you use, what program did you use to make ISO, what media did you use DVD/CD-/+R/RW and what did you notice is happening or not happening, don’t just say it does not work we need more information to help you.

    xboxx says its a k 1.00.5101.01
    bios is a cromwell 2.27v
    i didn't make an iso. i just used a dummy file (100mb)
and downloaded the bios file for cromwell, i put that on a cd using nero with the dummy file. i used cd-r, then i used cd-rw. it say's when i boot up the xboxx it says to put the cd in. then it says looking for file then it says halted.... i'm here all night. tonite this xboxx will be done or i'm blowing my brains out or the xboxx....

You may need to use different brands of CD-RW before you find one that works. You do not want to use CD-Rs you will be there forever. If you have access to a DVD burner then use that. Also, make sure you are burning the cd right:

    Files:
    bios.bin (file...must be named bios.bin)
abc.dat (Folder...in this folder include a file or files that add up to around 250 MB)

Then burn this at slowest speed possible using nero 5, finalize, no joliet, mode 1, level 1, allow more thatn 255 chars, allow more than 8 sub directories, and no multi-session.
