Ac3 sound problem

    I have a movie that has no sound. In windows media player there is an error downloading the codec. The movie's audio is this:


    Ac3, 48,000 Hz, stereo, 192 kbs

    I see that I have Ac3 filter installed on my computer (in the add remove programs it's listed) Is this not all I need? Do I need something else with Ac3 filter?
