I am trying to play an video file .MKV that was encoded with ACC-HE but I have problems with the audio. When I run VidoeInspector tells me that the ACC HE Codec is not installed in my PC. Where can I get this codec and install it, I searched for it here but could not find it.. thanks in advance....

That would be aac, not acc.
    Try coreaac or ffdshow.

You need to have aac set to either libfaad2 or realaac in ffdshow's audio config. Pretty sure that you can also enable it during installation.

k, i went in ffdshow codecs and verified that AAC is set to either of those in fact is set to libfaad2, but the problem is that video inspector keeps telling me that the ACC HE codec is not installed, and the sound is way too low...
