internet explorer on my desktop is having trouble accepting cookies. My cookie settings under 'tools''internet options''privacy' are first party - accept, third party - prompt. When i try to log onto websites such as paypal it wont log me on, i get a message saying i need to enable my cookies. I have the same settings on my laptop, and i have no bother logging onto the problem websites. Am i missing another 'cookie' menu somewhere that needs changing? I am running windows XP.
