Hello, I am a first time Image Burn user. I did all the steps to write the DVD and when I hit the Write botton it gives me this message: "DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed! - Reason: Acces Denied. It gave me the option to continue and I clicked it, it is now in the write process but I dont know if its going to write it well. The message gave me a hint. It said that the message could be because I had a program running the same operation or something. I really did not understood. What should I do for this message to go away?
The message means that some other program has grabbed the drive and hasn't let go when you have exited it. Apps known to do this are daemon tools, wincd and roxio.
