Ok to make a long story short, I went ahead and hard modded a psp phat battery by using the single wire method. After I was done with it I wanted to take out the wire so it would become a normal battery again. Unfortunately I was lazy and decided to just try and pull out the wire since I didnt use that much solder and ended up pulling off one of the contacts on the picture indicated below. Please note this is not an actual picture of my battery.

I tried to resolder that point but was unable to. Interestingly enough, even without the wire it still acts like a pandora battery. I just want to know if it will be safe still using that battery with that one point desoldered off, especially during recharging. I guess this will be a question for someone more familiar with electronics but I appreciate any input.

Use a pencil and just to give it a little extra connection. It's just a very low voltage resistor.

Okay but I dont know how I would get the pencil to stick because i tried to put solder with flux and that did not even stick. I did more searching and I think the part that I messed up is called a Capacitor I dont use this as a normal battery anymore but I'm just concerned about it blowing up when I have to recharge it.
