according to ISP someone with my IP downloaded an illegal movie...

    Level 1 warning from Verizon communicated by phone and e-mail.

    Verizon claims they won't reveal personal info unless WB asks a judge to have the info subpoenaed...

    What are the odds the info will be subpoenaed?

    If it's likely should I go ahead and * myself?

    I heard about this happening to another person. Make sure you are using the best security on your router or stop downloading movies.

    Level 1 doesn't really amount to anything. A buddy of mine had a level 1 and nothing happened to him. As the previous person mention, lock down your Router. Use WPA with encryption using a Pass-Phrase because WEP can be cracked in 2 minutes. Mac Filtering from the Router is the best security you can have. Hope this helps!
