hi i have a mates acer aspire 8930G laptop with me and it has a boot problem when i turn the laptop on all it will do is get to the 1st post screen where it says acer and shows press F2 for bios setup and that's it i've pressed F2 it comes up saying please wait and that's it there's no beeps or anything coming from the laptop, i've even tried flashing the bios but it won't even let me do that. if i try it by holding the fn-key and Esc with the flash files on the cd the screen will just stay black and won't do anything if i try it with a usb flash drive the same way with the fn-key and Esc it will stay black for about 15seconds maybe a bit longer the just turn off i don't know really what else i can do i think its a dead bios or something but any help anyone can give me would be sweet
