I keep getting a screen saying (We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
if your pc stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folder choose last known good configuration to revert to the most recent settting that works), and theres some more words but it gives the option to re-start in safe mode or safe mode with networking or safe mode with command prompt or last known good configaration and or start windows normally and when I choose any of them, all it does is act like its re-booting and then it goes back to the same screen saying the same thing, so any help would b great hopefully I didnt lose all my info, any help would be great Thank You

sounds like your windows is either corrupted or got a malware.
