Hi guys, i have an acoustic solutions home theatre set up using an xbox 360 and samsund dvd player,however i get this strange squeek from the rear left speaker,no matter which dvd player i use and with different dvd's, both backups(especially backups) and even some shop bought dvd's (pirates of carribian)this is driving me mad as i have swapped speakers around but still this continues to squeek intermitantly in the same rear left speaker,making the film unwatchable! any ideas would be appreciated
If you switched speakers around and it's still squealing from the same channel, not the same speakers, then I would check for nice clean connections making sure that nothing is close to touching at both the speaker end and the amp and and on both positive and negative. As little wire exposed as possible, cut clean and straight, twisted tight with little stray wires sticking out and about.
thanks but i have tried that also, changed cables as well, i assume it is a problem within the subwoofer but i have no clue what, i will think about opening it so look for loose wires e.t.c! could it be a problem during burning?4x too fast?
