Well sorry guys if its a noob topic but i tried searching a lot before posting this.

I have MODDED Ps2 Slim V17 (Matrix Infinity Chip), I have Action replay max 2007 edition (burned CD Disc), I am able to boot into action replay program, but when i select cheats and press start game it says to insert Game disc. After inserting game disc i press x but it keeps coming back to same message.

What could be the Problem here?
i know something wrong but What.

only the crystal chip supports cheating devices.

if you want to use cheating devices, everything must be originals.

    thanx for your reply bud
but i finally found a solution so i am posting to help others
    1. Copy ulaunch.elf and codebreaker.elf to memory card using filemanager ( you will probably need a ulaunch dvd or cd for that).

    2. Create a folder 'BOOT' in memory card.

    3. Rename ulaunch.elf to BOOT.ELF and put it in BOOT folder.

    4. Insert game backup, reset ps2 and hold R1 (matrix infinity chip) rather than loading the game it willl load file manager.

    5. Now load codebreaker.elf and select your cheats.

    6. Press start game and BOOM! its working.
