ad aware subsitute?

    any programs that take less memoroy usage? cause that lags my friends pc a lot?

    my personal setup is to have Arovax Shield running in the background with peerguardian and also to use ad-aware personal for removing spyware and also X-Cleaner free.

    this has helped me so far (knock on wood)
