I took the recomnendations of running the two to clean up those pesky problems, is there anything else out there that I can use with these two? (free of course) Majority of the time after being on the internet - with a firewall (msn) there are still a couple that do not get cleared out and have to rerun them again.

You could also download HijackThis to explore your start up programs - often there can be some malicious programs here.

It is also advisable to run Adaware and Spybot in safe mode. There are some programs that will reload every time you restart in normal mode.

I downloaded Hijackthis and it found 41 items, but it said that I had to register before it would continue and it cost's $30. Did I get the wrong one? I went to hijackthis.com

Microsoft has a free beta version available off the Microsoft site that seems to find ones the others miss. It has features of several programs in one. I just started using it and it looks pretty good.
