Hey. I have a PS2 version 4, SCPH-30001 with 8 screws. How can i modify this to add a hard drive to it? How big of a hard drive can add to it and what are the stuff that i need to get to do this?

Yes it can be as big as you want but HDadvance 2.0 will not recognise anything over 200gb. Im not sure what the size limits are for the new HDadvance 3.

I thought I read somewhere that HD Loader and HD Advance will not recognize anything anything over 130 or similiar. something to do with "48 bits" recognition or something....

My son has informed me that 189 GB is seen on our set up; PS2 with HDLoader, with an Infinity Matrix.
