Add an image to a post

Hello, could i ask how to add an image from My Pictures into a post in Afterdawn? Thank You

 

click the box with the colors in it, second one from the right when posting or do this

without the spaces between

 

Thank you for your reply. e.g As you can see i`ve clicked on the colored box but i`m not getting any further than that. I`ve tried copying and pasting by having the picture in my pictures minimized beside the Afterdawn thread poster. Could you give me a step by step procedure please. New to this

 

you have to upload the pic with image shack

then copy and paste the bottom link between

[ img] your pic [/ img ]

it will look like this the link highlighted in blue on the bottom will be the one you want

 

Not getting there. Can`t see the bottom link in blue.Thanks
