I want to make a cd which has a built-in IE 7 + latest Media Player and when i'm installing the windows, it will be already installedd on my computer (because it is built-in...)

google the term "slipstreaming" , the first few hits are all about what you want to do.

To add to Fiend's recommendations, look up a program called NLite. That program not only allows you to intergrate service packs, but post SP released updates, upgrades to software such as IE/WMP, specific drivers for your system.....and, the ability to remove said options mentioned, and more. Such as creating an XP install CD that is free of WMP/IE, and other bloatware.
