Adding A Region Code

    Hi, I've created a DVD from MPEG2 files using ULead DVD factory and it plays on my standalone DVD player in black and white. I assume that this is because the disc is region free and my DVD player hasnt been set to multi region (its a Toshiba SD-9000). The MPEGs are coded from the original vob file from the DVD im backing up. The question is, how can I make the discs that I burn region2?
