    You use a program called, "ConfigMagic".
    If you don't know to use "Xbins" is suggest you learn.

    Also remember to put all 3 eeprom files on a 3.5 diskette. You will need it to lock the drive and unlock the drive. I used XBHDM before and putting it in the folder before you make the iso doesn't help. It still wont find it on the disk.

    putting it in the eeprom folder works just fine.. Your just doing someting wrong or your version isnt up to date.

    Heres a mini-tut for XHDM written by Just$Fresh:

    1) Get your Eeprom.bin file thru FTP and ur c: and E: directories(dont copy the games cause it takes too long)
    2) Put the eeprom in the eeprom folder and click the make-iso-win.bat button and make a bootable floppy button
    3)Burn the whole thing to a dvd...
    4) Turn your computer so it boots from cd
    5) disconnect ur computer hdd
    6) Plug in ur new xbox hdd
    7) follow Sadalius's tutorial to go thru the eeprom steps
    8) Dont lock the drive in the end {{{I had to, very easy, just reboot}}}
    9) Plug it in ur XBOX and go into evox and lock the hdd

    i hope some of those can help, if not post up in the softmodding section and you can get help, there are guys there that softmod xboxes for people so they will surely know.
