Adding jpegs to video?

    Anyone know of any programs that lets you add still pictures to video? For example, say I wanted to add a pic of my head on a clip from Rambo. Can this be done?

    Maybe like all video editing programs, like pinnacle studio and premiere. Even virtualdub allows you to do it, if you have the logo filter installed.
