Pull the battery out of the mobo to clear cmos. Let it sit bout a minute or two...stick battery back in and it should boot now. But go into bios to reset the settings. The battery looks like a dime sitting somewhere on the mobo.:>

ok,i tried something elese,i just replaced the old ram with the azenram i bought, and it still doesnt start,so it must not be compatible.mobo manual i found online says it doesnt support double sided 16 bit dimms,so i guess that is what i bought.hahahahaha.
it is hynix ram in the machine ,and all the mem.chips are on one side of the dimm.the azenram has chips on both sides.now i am curious about how many different kinds of 256mb ddr pc3200 400mhz memory dimms are out there.sheesh.

Haha same problem happened to a buddy of mine, the crazy kid was putting in RAM while the computer was still plugged into the wall, and had to replace his motherboard.
