well since nobody seems to be able to solve my last problem, i am wondering if since my programs are for the majority on my other could i add them back into the registry, because i exported my .reg file for my programs using regedit. so if i just double click on it will it restore all the programs back to working order
I doubt it as along with a reg file Programs add files in all different places (most do anyway). So you'd have a useless information in your registry since the program would be missing files on other places and wouldn't run.
