adding to bouquets dreambox 500c- please reply

hello
am having trouble adding channels to bouquets,when i go into setup and into add channels to bouquet, all i get is these strange numbers, it doesnt tell me what the channels are

is there someway to open it up so i can see what channels is which, i have done it before but forgotten and the instruction book doesnt tell me much
