Adding Transponders in Coolsat 5000, HELP

    I hope someone can help me with this. To add transponders above 11,000 is no problem. But to add the transponders in the 3,000 or 4,000 range is something it will not let me do. Keeps coming up with an error message. Adding a zero ahead of it makes no difference.

    Is there a trick to it?
