adding video or clips to nano gen 3?

How do you add videos or clips to the nano gen. 3? I try to add it the same way as music but it doesn't work. Thanks

 

Videos gotta be converted to mp4 or h.264 format, you can use videora to convert them, and videora will automatically add them to Itunes. look at my tutorial video,

you can use the free to download flv from YouTube, Google Video and other websites.
then you can use SPAM Converter to convert flv to mp4, then put them on iPod via iTune.
