I've got these two AVI clips I want to make animated .gifs out of. So I try to open them in ImageReady and it says "Quicktime is missing software required to preform this operation. Unfortunatley, it is not available on the QuickTime server". Anyways, I hit OK and it still lets me open it up but all the frames are blank, there just white. If anybody know how to fix this problem or knows the software I need, it would be greatly apprecaited. I've been looking for an answer for two days now and it's really bothering me that I paid $700 dollars and I can't get this to work. Thanks in advance!
