   Is it normal for my Premiere 6 to take 15 minutes to preview a 30 second clip? Is there anyway to speed this up?

   AMD Duron 700MHz
   64MB Ram

   Yes your PC is under the Minimum requirements, but I know you can upgrade your PC to about 2ghz for under $100....Just a Thought
