The Dazzle DVC 80 is one of the Worst Capture devices that has ever been Created...It will only capture to a Max resolution of 320+240 which is way too low for it to Produce any sort of Acceptable Quality and since the device is a USB 1.1 device it has a Very Limited Bandwidth....

Premier will only capture 4gb Files when capturing in DV AVI format from a Camcorder so you shouldn"t have any problems captureing to bigger files unless you are running a PC that uses a Fat 32 File system like in Windows 98....

What I would suggest is you go and Buy a better capture device as you can probably pick one up for under $30 to $40 that will capture at Full resolution and a PCI Card would be best...also Premier isn"t a Very Good Capture Program unless you are Captureing from a DV Camcorder so I suggest you use a Different capture program and then you can Simply Import the Captured file into Premier for editing...

    Well Good Luck....Cheers
