Hello, I'm trying to capture to Computer using ADVC 110. The problems are two (Capturing Either from Windows Movie Maker and Premiere) 1) Dark pictures (like grayscale) but more darker 2) Pictures running up with a bar separating like one frame foing up and another coming next I have more problems but i think if i resolve above could be able to elimnate others. Please assist i have urgent job. Chris
First thing I would try is using WinDV software to transfer with your ADVC-110. WinDV is written specifically to transfer DV-AVI to your PC. It's freeware and very good. http://windv.mourek.cz/ Also, it's possible you're dealing with Macrovision. There are workarounds for Macrovision on some of the Canopus models. For example, I can disable Macrovision on my ADVC-100 but I'm not sure if that workaround also works for the 110.
