I have been screwing around with this for over two weeks. I have downloaded all the files necessary to make this happen but for some reason I can not get it to work. This is want I have: Sony MC PS2 Maxtor HD Sharkport Megaman Legends psx 1 game Download all necessary file This is what I did: xported mc system config file to pc recreated mc config file w/titledb for megaman and .elf files formatted hdd in pc put megaman in psx NOTHING! Questions: Do I need a diffent psx game? Can someone create a save with megaman legends in case I'm doing this wrong? Besides formatting the harddrive using winwhippII on the PC do I need to do anything else? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
HDLoader will boot, even if a harddrive is not installed. Any PS1 game will do. Im not sure about the xporting system config file. Did you have a tutorial for this method?
It doesnt. The PS1 game is used to trigger the mem card exploit, which can run HDLoader from the mem card.
