I copied a vhs personal tape to an dvd. Is it possible to make video quality and better and if so HOW? I have nero 7 enhanced and many other program`s but am new at this please advise. Thanks!!! may need to be I another forum not sure?
thought it would be nice if someone replied to you! basically if if its just brightness or sharpness then you could try a program like TMPGEncoder which may tweak it a little, but on the whole you cant get any better than the original VHS...
