Advise please No Signal

    Ok here is the problem i have every channel except RACING UK which just says no signal.I have tried a manual scan without my splitter on and it just keeps saying no chanels found.This is confusing me big time.I have the starview 2 with the API 8.02eE software on it.

    Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    put the latest firmware on the box, the v8.04 is the latest for that box
