    Suggestions?

Figure I might as well spend the money and get a "real" reciever I can plug all my video components into, then use 1 HDMI output to plug into my new plasma.

You guys have anything like this?
Any tips on good bang for the buck recievers like this?

    Thanks.

The Yamaha doesn't have HDMI, which is what sans specifically asked for. The Denon also does analog to HDMI video upconversion, which the Yamaha doesn't.
    The Yamaha is 110w x 5
    The Denon is 110w x 7

Yamaha: 3 Digital Inputs (2 Optical and 1 Coaxial)
Denon: 7 digital inputs: 5 optical, 2 coaxial

There are some very big differences between the Denon and the Yamaha. That's why the Denon costs more. It comes down to what features you want, and how much you want them.
