I find that after transposing an avi to mpg the MPG has a slight judder to it.

This can only really be noticed in long slow camera movements but it is still pissing me off!

    Is it an NTSC/PAL issue?

anyone able to shed light on this? or am i just being pedantic?

    cheers

but it was my first attempt so i used quick bitrate and sound quality for trial so next time i'll go for top settings which is like 5/6 hours to get mpeg? it took 3 now...
