after burning divx onto dvd sound skipping

    hi, i have bought a divx player Toshiba SD290 ... i burned some divx movies on some blank dvds but the sound is skipping every so often (not out of sync)...i have used these discs many times so i know they are fine.. i have also used different burning software and the same problem... this is a brand new player could there be a problem with it??

    If it has a usb port, try the same file on a flash drive.
