Im having problems with playing the DVD after it gets done burning. I rip it to my computer with DVD Shrink into a .ISO file. Then I decrypt it with DVD Decrypter, but once its done, I place it back in the disk tray, and it acts like its a unedited disk. Any help?

do you have nero or imgburn.I'd just put the disc in the drive and select full backup in shrink.
After the processes are done all you have to do is burn it to disc instead of making an iso.

Yeah, I've tried that too. I backed it up on my harddrive with DVD Shrink then I burned it to a disk with a writing program on that came with my computer, Sonic DigitalMedia, which has an image burn option.

    LOL
Now that we know you have it, we'd like to have you post the log so we can take a look. When you say you put the DVD back in the tray and it won't play, are you talking about the PC drive or your standalone player? What player software do you have on your PC? Some backups may not have autoplay and have to be opened with software manually. Another bit of handy info would be the burner model and the media being used (brand, format, and manufacturer). You can use the free DVD Identifier for media info.

I know this probably isnt the right log but its one I came across when looking before. What I mean by placing it back in, is back into my PC drive. The software I have on my computer is, InterVideo Win DVD Ver. 5.0. My burner model is a TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-L532M , the format is DVD/CD-ROM drive, and the manufacturer just says Standard CD-ROM drives)

All I got from that was you have a drive with info (TSSTcorp|CD/DVDW TS-L532M,HR04) Which means the firmware is probably in need of updating. Check with online manufacturer support for your PC. What brand and model is the PC? Your current firmware version is HR04 and I've seen an HR08 mentioned for this drive and that was a couple of months ago.

Update the firmware if possible, if you can't find the upgrade, contact manufacturer support (email or phone) and see what they have to say.

Now, what brand of DVD are you using to record with ? What speed is it? Is it +R or -R? Can you get a copy of DVD Identifier to check the manufacturer of the DVDs you have (not always the same as the brand)? If you can and do, who was the manufacturer? That's what was meant when I asked about "media being used (brand, format, and manufacturer)".
