Hi, all. I've had this problem using multiple clients like Azureus, BitComet and uTorrent. I'm downloading and uploading fine, then when the download reaches 100%, my client just stops uploading and leaves me with a bad download to upload ratio. Nothing I do will restart it uploading again. And I've run across others that this happens to, also. (See CruzDavid's post here on AfterDawn at http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/310134; he has not received an answer.)

I've been hunting the net on and off for months but can't find out what's going on. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks! Cheers.

NickIt, u/l rate varies depending on who's downloading from me. It could be 1k all the way up to 48k (my ISP, RR, says u/l max rate is ~384kbps and the numbers add up: 384kbps/8 = 48K).

I'm using BitComet and uTorrent, both latest versions, but am switching over fully to uTorrent due to the very lightweight overhead.
