I need the best AGP slot GPU graphics card with a budget of around 80-100, but I want the price to be as low as possible. Newegg is where I buy.

There are a lot of cards with Memory Type GDDR2 and a lot with DDR3 with the same prices. Memory clocks are sometimes twice as much as others. Core clock may be different too. And memory interface is either 128 or 256 bit. Directx on some is 9,10,10.1. And open GL 2.0. stream processors on a lot is 320.
Talking mainly about different types of hd 4650. If Nvidia would be better for AGP let me know, otherwise if there is something better than hd 4650 let me know.
What matters the most in order from what matters the most to what matters the least?
in this list, those of you that know list it correctly:
Memory type, core clock, Effective Memory Clock, Memory Interface, memory size, Directx, Stream Processors, and OpenGL.

Given the fact that you have AGP, I know you are not gaming or doing anything with video...why buy a new card? I don't see any use for newer versions of directx since your system won't play that games that need those anyway...and even if you were to get a top-of-the line $800 PCIe card in an AGP flavor, your system still would not be able to play games with it, as the rest of the system is so ancient.

Sorry if that seems harsh...I just don't want you to waist $80 on a system that you couldn't sell for $80.

There aren't any good AGP cards anyway, the HD4670 is about as powerful as they get. If you're looking to play current games on good settings with an old PC like that, you can forget it, an HD4670 might keep up, barely, but the CPU in the system won't. If you just need it to run something old, but not especially demanding, find out what sort of card you'll need to do the job and get that. An HD4650 could be overkill for an old game.

I have a good pc, just want to upgrade my old pc without the need of spending a lot for a new pc. Need to play star craft 2. HD4670 is better.

For my knowledge I want to know in order what matters the most to what matters least in graphics cards:
Memory type, core clock, Effective Memory Clock, Memory Interface, memory size, Directx, Stream Processors, and OpenGL. ? Thanks.

Why do you need to be able to play Starcraft 2 on the older PC, out of curiosity?

You can't compare graphics cards by specification, it just doesn't work like that. You just have to look at how powerful each card is in benchmarks, and get ideas from that.

I want to play it using lan multiplayer and such. And only have my own good pc that can take the game while my bro doesn't want to spend much and has his old pc so im guessing upgrading it would be the best thing to do.

Makes sense. What CPU is in this AGP PC?
