Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate

    Hello, I have a problem with Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate V 4.1.0. I need to convert a few m4v video files to avi, but when I try to install Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate V 4.1.0 I get the following message:

    Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted.
    Error 5: Access is denied


    Any help with this is much appreciated

    No idea, their support should know, could be as simple as running as admin. Any Video Converter has a Mac version or free Windows version or Alltoavi gives excellent quality and is free.
