Aiseesoft BluRay Ripper Problem

Anybody having this issue?

I have a XFX Radeon HD6970 video card. According to the Aiseesoft site once the necessary AMD drivers are loaded their software should be able to use AMD APP for decoding acceleration. The AMD drivers are loaded. However, everytime I start up the Aiseesoft app I get an error message stating I need to load the drivers to turn on APP acceleration.

Aiseesoft Tech Support are all but useless, they keep asking if Ive loaded the drivers despite the fact that Ive sent the install log file showing the install. This has been going on for weeks and multiple emails (they act as if they arent reading the emails at all.)

Does the AMD APP acceleration work for anyone using Aiseesoft BluRay Ripper?
