heya does anyone know if the aladdin mod chip will support dual layer dvds and if i can put a 40 gig barracuda HD in aswell just for the fun andhow easy will this be?
I don't see why not...there are quite a few xbox games that are dual layer. If it didn't that would mean a chip that's meant to enhance a system is taking away qualities. As for the hdd. Isn't the Barracuda a SATA hdd? Only reg. ATA hdd's will work in the xbox as far as I know. sorry that was my bad ive got it all installed now i brought a 80 gig maxtor and its fitted and works a treat thanks for the reply tho ive made a few diff posts to this one so it kinda got ignored .. lol
