I restored my computer and since my restore point was set so far back I lost alot of my data, including my iTunes music. I have the music on my iPod but when I add them to my computer (via third-party softwares) I don't get he album art. Is there anyway to get the album art from my ipod back onto my computer
I would never use an app to back up my ipod. If itunes finds out it often blows away your ipod. It is far safer and smarter to use file explorer if you have a PC. You will need to go into tools and turn on the ability to see hidden files/folders. Open your ipod like a disk drive. The music,etc is in a hidden folder called ? control. The file names will be scrambeled but your music , pics, and playlists are all there. This is done in read only mode so there is no trace that you were there.
