Album art work is all black

The album art work on my 5g 30Gb ipod doesn't show where the image is supposed to be is all black instead, now the oddest thing is it only happens with 1 band (evergreen Terrace) I thought it probably was the format of the pic so i tried it with a bitmap and jpeg pic still nothing, then i tried putting random pics (women, anime, ect) and the result was the same
