all channels gone apart from free ones on strv 3 box

    Hi all
    My starview 3 box has all of a sudden lost all the scrambled channels! the free ones work ok, ive reset to factory settings and re scanned set the emu key to on but still the same (scrambled or bad channel!) ive loaded firmware 7.09 beta is there a further update i need ? can anyone help please

    Menu > 1570
    Go to Set Default key
    press ok & exit to bbc1 & see if it updates.
    If not, turn the b0x off at the back for a min , turn back on let it update.
