All channels gone in Dub 15

Folks,
Any works going on in dub 15, was missing a few channels and auto update stuck at 0% on others so did a fact reset, switched off power, removed splitters then did a new scan, but now all channels are gone- 0 channels found, any ideas?

 

did you make sure you have the cable in the correct spot cable input on the box ??and you are selecting the correct provider

 

yea, cable i/p, nthell!
by the way its a starview the box, v2 i think.

 

However, i plugged the wrong cables together after removing the splitter- doh.
Trying again now.

 

sorted now, appologies for the Doh.
got back most of my channels, but still missing some i had recently.
Might there exist a list of what should still be working, or the inverse, a list of what is definately gone? One i'm particularily interested in is TV5, any ideas if this is gone for good...?

you should roughly have about 61 channels working still not sure about tv5
