All channels gone on most boxes today Dec 18

    Hi,
    all the channels have gone on all of the boxes.I have family ringing me asking if i can fix them.I have the eurovox and cant get the channels back.I tried emu on and off all scans and left on S** sports.No luck.Is it time for new software.All software was only updated recently.Help needed
